Awesome design, although I would make a couple changes. Move the oil refinery outside to make that proper honeycomb. With that there it's 23 rockets to TC. This fix would add another 8. I also highly recommend at least 2 disconnectable TCs, to save some of the base and your deployables from an offline.
Other than that, please don't spend so much time spray painting, a lot of people following along on wipe day don't have time for that.
