How To Make Kofta Curry Without Breaking | Koftay Ka Salan | Easy No Fry Kofta Recipe

In this video I show you how to make a lamb kofta curry, this easy kofta recipe is perfect for beginners. You can make this kofta curry without frying and will guarantee to not break.
Ingredients:
¾ Cup Olive Oil
4 Large Onions - Finely chopped
1 Tsp Salt - Adjust to taste
1.5 Tsp Cumin Seeds
6 Garlic Cloves - Finely Sliced
300ml Boiled Water - For Onions
1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
2 Tsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
1 Tomato
500ml Boiled Water - For cooking meatballs
1 Tsp Tomato Puree
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1.5 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Green Chillies
1 Litre Boiled Water - For gravy
Freshly Chopped Coriander - As required
Meatballs:
1kg Lamb Mince - makes approx. 35 small meatballs
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
¾ Tsp Salt - Adjust to taste
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1.5 Tsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
1 Large Egg
