I’d say it’s team dependant. Both brilliant options, if you need a midfielder/creator more than go for Pedro!
Liga portugal in general should be getting more tots, gyökeres, hjulmand, trincao, inacio/coates, nuno Santos, pêpê, Francisco Conceição, Alan Varela, diogo costa, joão neves, aursnes, rafa/neres.
