yeah, the over the top and boring generic American style speech pattern, the double header style is contrived and irritating... like oscars... at least those double headers are out there as stupid and "groan" instead of laugh.
On the upside, they give a good list to get you going and seeing how versatile a rice cooker can be ... I don't think it's a problem they don;t show the dishes cooked, and the claim in the title, is for 14 things you can do, not the "can do" for these 14 things.. even though, they do give instructions.
Thumbs up from me ... if the presenter tried to relax and be natural, rather than all this silly ott jaded presentation style, it is not pleasant to watch, it's a good list with some good instructions, which offsets the silly voices and intonations.... the reactions of the person not speaking to what the speaking person is saying... god, stop it.

You guys should make a video about "Is Taiwan a Part of China?" Because, as a mainland Chinese, I often hear people say that Taiwan is its own country, but my parents keep telling me it's not. I think it's officially not declared an individual country yet, but I'd like to see a video on both sides of the debate :)

    • @cindygranados7643

moonlight ray Taiwan is not part of PRC, People Republic of China, which was established by communist government. If you study history, you would learn China changes its territory through different dynasty in the span of 5000+ years. Taiwan already has its own president. It is already independent.

    Hey guys!
First of all - you are awesome, we love your videos! We literally check your channel for new videos every day. Such great educational and entertainment value. Inspired us to seek out fantastic authentic restaurants we would've never thought to look for otherwise. And to cook awesome, traditional recipies at home, too (well, sometimes I'm lazy enough to just eat rice and veggies with Mike's special hot oil, soj sauce and black vinegar).
Anyway, rice is a keyword we could really use your help with. We're looking for a new rice cooker since the old, cheap one we had broke down. The problem is that we have no idea which brand or model to buy. We'd be ok spending like EUR 100-200, if we knew the product was really good quality (in terms of results and durability). So we thought, "maybe the two most refined Asian connoisseurs on the internet can help". :D So here we are, hoping you'll see this.
    Best regards,
    Julia and Andy
