Don't believe the whiny Vikings or Bills fans, Diggs was a good locker room guy & a great team player. Yelling on the sidelines ONE game 2 years ago does not mean you're a "diva."
Allen has only ever said great things about him, he's said the same about Allen, and he wasn't slinging trash in the media. I think he'll be the perfect team guy for the first couple years, and that's all you'll need from a 30 year old WR.

Are you joking? Why would a team trade away their best offensive weapon and take a 30 MILLION DOLLAR cap hit if he was a good locker room guy and a great teammate? Diggs is an awful teammate. We've been saying for over a year now that Diggs isn't going anywhere because the dead cap hit made him impossible to move and they wouldn't get anything for him. They finally couldn't take his diva attitude anymore. Good riddance.

Now the question for DCs across the league - who do you double team? Collins? He'll burn you if you don't. Tank Dell? That guy blows the top off the defense. Schultz? Across the middle and sideline to sideline he's a first down machine. Mixon is a catching RB, so watch out for him in screens and naked bootlegs. And now they have Diggs. Maybe the other 31 defenses can convince the NFL to field 12 or 13 guys on defense when playing the Texans this year.

Mixon is still solid between the tackles and plays pretty physical too, if anything hes just lost a step to the outside but his hands are still solid. actually a very good match

Texans GM was Beanes assistant in Buffalo up until 2 years ago, 9th bills player signed, now 4 to active roster. Other WR stepped up for Allen each of his every year playoff appearance and Diggs now 30+. Like both team strategies, bean will draft well again, sign a couple big FA and meet Houston in the new Buffalo Stadium in the AFCC 2026. BILLS WIN in OT revenging his rookie year playoff loss in Houston.

I'm a bills from from buffalo, I'm not upset at all this was coming regardless. It just happened a yr earlier than expected.
The team is cooking. Cal McNair, Caserio, Demeco, Bobby Slow, etc. The Texans were so bad that I had to bandwagon to SF where demeco was. What a blessing to get everyone on the team.
Lifelong Bills fan! Lived in The City of Buffalo since 2002. Finger Lakes before that. Don't speak for us mullet man. Anybody who knows football here is glad Diggs is gone. This team will be better this season. He is hitting his wall. He will have 800 yards tops next season.

Yeah. I feel relief knowing Diggs is gone honestly. His cryptic drama has been a distracting going on 3 years now. Watching Diggs on this team has been an absolute pleasure, and he's one of the best WR we've ever had, but it's time to move on. This season it got to the point where he'd be yelling at his teammates (Allen) on the sidelines and they just ignore him because they're also done with it. The past 2 years he's disappeared after week 11. That's fine if they're in a playoff position and he's taking it easy. It's a problem though when we need him and he's not showing up at all in playoffs. When your best players go MIA when it matters the most they're just wasted space.
I'm not big on the 2nd rounder return, and the 31 in cap we're still going to have to burn. If it didn't happen this year it was 100% going to happen next year. May as well just move on and set yourself up as best you can in the mean time. I know Brandon Beane has a plan for all this. I feel he's going to trade up to get the receiver he wants. Knox isn't a guy I trust making catches lately, but maybe he'll come back lights out next season. We could see a lot of double TE formations, and as long as Knox has his hands I'm cool with him and Kincaid gaining short to mid yardage. Shakir also feels like he's on the brink of becoming a name in the NFL.

@@Mike-sg2xv the roster turnover was inevitable. That core was together forever, never got a superbowl and every starter they let go of was 30 or older except Morris, who was 29. In my opinion, the gap at QB between Allen and the other QBs on the east is what gives Buffalo the edge regardless of if it's a rebuild year. The defense will be mostly the same, just new safties, and Hyde and poyer both showed they lost a step last year.. Davis never developed into a true #2, let alone a #1. Diggs is in his age 31 season and showed major decline in the last 8 weeks of the season.
Buffalo will draft an X receiver and be fine. Kincade Cook Shakir Knox... they will be fine.

Lets be abundantly clear...CJ Stroud is smart as it pertains to the game of football. But typically, smart people learn how to think rationally and critically. Typically, smart people make an effort to learn and understand how truth is derived objectively and how to avoid using logical fallacies to come to conclusions. I think that any smart person would recognize that faith is not and logically CANNOT be a reliable tool for discerning what is true from what is not true.
As a Cowboys fan I think that dumpster belongs to us.
If he can keep his temper tantrums in check he'll be part of something special. Fighting against the Chiefs in the post season and all.
