Definitely expensive for bands to come to Canada that are on that level. Basically, a band on their level would have to play smaller clubs (250-1000 capacity) that are only open for events, and they’d have to sell everything out. On top of that, since Zev and Josh would be on Visas, they would need exemption letters from all the venues stating that they are being contracted to come, perform, and that the venue closes half an hour after their performance. A lot of venues here don’t fit those parameters fully, making it difficult/more expensive to make happen. I’ve done a lot of work with bands over the years, and they always talk wbout how much of a rarity the venue we have here is.

No it was because they were on a US only tour at the time, they'll come to Toronto soon enough I'm sure.
