I also cook palak bhee. I cut onion finely in the cooker add oil put jeera, when fried add ginely chopped onions, fry till pink in colour, add green chillies nd ginger finely chopped or can add ginger garlic chilli paste, while frying onion, then add chopped palak nd bhee add salt cover the cooker nd give about 3-4 whistles when cooker de pressurised open add finely chopped tomatoes add all dry masalas-dhania pd, haldi, red chillipd, nd go on till tomatoes fully cooked nd oil released add little water just above the vegetable nd again put abt 2 whistles nd 5mins on sim fire. The veggie will be cooked well. Open the cooker add little garam masala nd garnish with finely chopped kotmir it looks nice.
