That GE90 is just relaxing over the water! With its own weather forecast, "Partly Cloudy, with a chance of Sunshine!"
It’s so hard to imagine the size of these engines-the diameter of a 737 fuselage 😮
Both GE90-115B, GE90-110B and GE9X are bigger then 737 fuselage. The GE90-94B are as big as the 737 fuselage or a little smaller.
@@GarlandTexasSpotter2024as someone who works with 737s daily and 777s in the past, they are absolutely as big or bigger than 737 fuselages :) -Ramp agent
IIRC this engine as tested by running it for 90 days non stop to check for reliability. Amazing
Those engines were HUNGRY
I never get tired of watching these
looks like it makes it’s own weather!😊
Pretty cool condensation in the engine and over the wing.
What a great video! The condensation off of the nacelle chines/strakes, engine inlets and wings were amazing. Hope it was a great trip. Cheers!
Goddamn, those engines are impressive
777 fact
1. The G90 Engine has bigger trhust than 737, but 777 is more fuel efficient than 737🤯
Its interesting to see when the engine inlet and wing surface passes through humid air. The vapor condenses into fog from the low pressure.
What a MONSTER!
That was airborne fast! 32 seconds
The last of the great AUTHENTIC Boeing jets !! 😢🥺
Respect to this machine
I am still in awe of flight. Even though I have flown many times. If the Wright Brothers could have only lived to see what we have made of their dream.
I grew up going to Vista Del Mar park where take offs like this were low overhead and incredibly dramatic to see the wheels retract and the engine and over wing condensation as these mighty machines seemed to disappear climbing over the beach and out into the Pacific.
Love 👍👍
Viva La France! 🇫🇷
+/- Pressure changes 🎉
Nice to meet you, thank you very much. To triple seven. You were on board. I was also glad that I was able to get a good seat by the window. The view from the plane was beautiful. We are looking forward to hearing from you. I also take videos of airplanes, so please check them out when you have free time.
Fascinating video, really enjoyable.
I just wonder, what did you film it with and how did you keep it steady?
I might be off overseas next year and would like to do something similar and hope to achieve similar results. Thanks. 🙏
Thank you very much! I filmed with an iPhone 14. The camera stay straight on its own
Zajebisty filmik,z widokiem na silniczek,i ta prędkość przy starcie, uwielbiam to☝️✌👍
Sounds healthy
I need this for my car i hate traffic jams. Where can i order? Can somebody help me please.
You want to hear a screaming engine. Listen to the 4 JT 3D engines on the Boeing 707 at take off roll and climb out. Engines scream power!
So quiet. I flew on a 707 once and my ears rang for a week.
For the uneducated (me) at 3:00 what is that part of the wing that folds up? Always wondered...
It is the slats retracting after takeoff (slats are the flaps at the front of the wings)
Kinda neat seeing the mist (?) , from the engine nancle & mist (?) escaping from the back of the wing--as the airliner lifts off the runway. Yes, neat .
Condensation caused by a drop in pressure . "Mist" is not too bad a word.
Hopefully you didn’t have any screws loose on that flight…
pov: when msfs pmdg 777 comes out:
Reminds me of an old top loader washing machine
1:40 - Э-э-э! У вас там срыв потока! :)
Roar? You can barely hear them. I miss the chainsaw sound of 1970s DC-10s. Not only was music better but..gimme those old Pratt & Whitney babies any day.👍🏾
These sound more like Rolls Royce or Pratt and Whitney. Some 300 ERs use those as well. The GE90 usually has a smooth whir rather than a grinding roar.
The -300s use the PW4000 or RR Trent 800 but the -300ERs only use the GE90-115BL.
Very powerful diesel engine ⛽✈️
Why there is white smoke during the take off ?
It is condensation caused by differences of air pressure and temperature in the engines and above the wings during rotation.
@@sonnytaylor7521 i said that just like that and turn out to be true, omg
See Air France still hasn't found the wash racks for their aircraft.
If these engines are "the most powerful jet engines in the world," then the should be used on fighter jets
exceeding the speed of sound with such a large fan is impractical and inefficient..
That, also good luck finding a fighter jet capable of mounting those under it's wings lol.@@sonnytaylor7521
Is this a simulator?
I flew 777s for 23 years and the noise has brought nice memories, thank you.
