This movie is criminally underrated, it has an amazing plot, a great cast, beautiful effects, I don't know why people don't like it as much as I do

I feel the same. I freaking love this movie, not sure why it isn’t more popular

The fact that it didn't even get an OScar nomination for it's effects is far beyond my understanding.

That cut to Tom falling down the slope is literally perfect. On first watching it I couldn't tell if it was a real stunt or not as I know he does some pretty crazy shit for his movies. The aliens where incredible as well, they had a really, really unique look to them and the way they moved.

Easily the best aliens ever. The mimics had high energy, unique aspects, posture and sound effects that gave an impression of fierce emotion and destructive pace. Very original and distinct. It was an interesting twist that human empathy ( ability to absorb psychic energy) is the downfall of the mimics, not technology, strategy or ruthlessness.

Nice to see Framestore's work being looked at for a film that ironically WASN'T nominated by the Academy.
Also, that credit Nick Davis has for The Avengers? That wasn't the 2012 Marvel movie he did.

Next time Mr. Davis when you make a movie placed on planet Earth use a fucking map, because the amount of errors in geography in Edge of Tomorrow was ludicrous even for an American.
    btw, here is a list:
    www.imdb.com/title/tt1631867/goofs?ref_=ttcc_ql_2#error_in_geography

***** It is ok if you place your action in a different world or planet, but when you place it on Earth it matters quite a bit. Cities don't ever move. They are what characterises our planet. You see, I decompose movies and I have learned to find everything what's wrong at the first time I see the film, but when I exit a cinema with my friends and they notice most of geographic errors then something is truly fucked up.

***** I don't care about the filming location. They showed a map in the movie. They talked about distances from one place to another. These facts that are super easy to verify by anybody with a smartphone on the film set.

OK, you are good in spotting things, but tel me, would you do this movie better with less errors??
