Hi there, thanks for your interests! Yes, the C3X (and all the other cameras) can definitely work together in EZVIZ App. You may manage, control and set up each and every devices or group multiple devices together base on your setup.
Hi, I have seen many reviews of C3X and finally bought the camera about a month back, since then I am regretting my decision. The connectivity is major issue, camera is heating up and no one response from customer care. Now I almost invested $800 on these cameras so I have to find a solution, can you please support me to understand following If I give Ethernet connection to Camera will it solve the connectivity issue, I believe the answer is yes but then how I 1. Use the app and see the footage, operate other functions. Will the app still be useful? 2. I have NVR connected to router, so with LAN wire recording should be better and camera won't go offline again and again (mot of the cameras are going offline every 10/15 minutes, will this issue will be taken care with LAN connection) I have many many question, but if you can help me with above that would be really really helpful
I've just bought this and am clueless how I am to install it as the wires will be on show and anyone can just unplug them. I'm going to have to purchase a waterproof lock box and Install it to my wall near the camera. This is not the look I wanted to achieve

Lol just watched your comical installation! All a intruder has to do it unplug it off the wall 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️Why have you got the black non water proof leads on the outside wall too???
Hi, thanks for the feedback. The tutorial only serves as a demonstration on how to set up and connect each piece together. When it comes to each and every household, we have different choices on how we want to install it, aren't we :)

Will the C3X work with Hikvision NVRs?
Hello, is it possible if the CCTV just use Ethernet cable for power source? Or the cctv still need power socket to connect with cctv adapter?
It has to connect to power cable for power supply, and you may use Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi for network connection.
@@EZVIZGlobal guys suggestion of imporvement would be tho made them "PoE-capable", so we could spare the additional power supply. Thanks!
Is it possible to install more than 1 of these cameras and have them work together?

It is always recommended to install the cameras at least 10ft above the ground for out-of-reach purposes!😊
