This album set the bar so high that no one can or has touched it. The black album by Metallica is on the same platform because just about every song on that album was a smash hit, not saying it was better than previous but it was itself a masterpiece. Megedeth is something special beyond words.

Bro you are under the wrong impression. Megadeth has a ton of masterpieces. Personally I like megadeth better. Instrumental wise they run circles around metallica. And I like metallica too. You need to be exposed to more megadeth.
    Megadthe songs:
    Wake up dead
    Hanger 18
    Take no prisoners
    Five magics
    Lucretia
    Peace sells
    Dread and fugitive mind
I recommend you have the lyrics up too. Mustaine vocals aren't the greatest and clearest.

As far as Megadeth goes you can't go wrong with anything off the first 4 records. In addition to the first 4 records some of the songs off other records I really like include 1,000 Times Goodbye, Kick the Chair, Public Enemy no. 1, 15 Minutes, Washington is Next, Prince of Darkness, and Tears in a Vial

On another video you said you like the smooth and mellow type stuff. You'd love the beginning of 'Good Mourning/Black Friday'. Well, it's basically 2 songs in one, the first part (Good Mourning) is this sexy as hell, smooth guitars playing over each other, then starts picking up more when Black Friday starts. It's one of their best songs for sure.
