Just want to say if you can buy from your local mom and pop bookstore please go there for things like coffee table books, go to your salvation army for things like vases or table lamps. Amazon does not need the money.
especially that Amazon has a history of selling products that do not follow US regulations about toxic ingredients. They claim to only be a middle man, don't disclose country of origin and import goods containing toxic chemicals. Just google Amazon toxic toys.
Exactly! Support small businesses, specially now, when they are on the verge of shutting down. Stop making rich people richer, when you can get the same or better quality for less.
I see both sides. However, during quarantine last year all the Mom and Pop stores in my area closed because of safety reasons due to Covid. I was able to get toilet paper, canned goods, over the counter medicines and every other essential supply delivered right to my door by Amazon. Not sure what else I would have done, especially when my husband got sick. I hope there can be a balance for small business and the innovative ways Amazon delivers products.
I agree and I would buy there but maybe for luck or not in our local salvation army shops things to buy are ugly as hell and or ridicolous expensive. The other kind of shops, like the german version of dollar tree, things are cheap but also plastik and look badly cheap. I often end up buying on amazon because I couldn‘t find not nearly what I am looking for in local stores. Not to mention ebay market place. Even harder to find really nice things.
You are so RIGHT! I was ready to comment that Mr Jeff Bezos is a VERY intelligent entrepreneur... No wonder he is the richest man on earth at the moment on promoting, amongst some good stuff, so much cheapy, fast fashion both on home decor and clothing..Way to go Jeff. 😆😕

Believe it or not, I actually ordered a live plant from Amazon, and it arrived happy and healthy. I was pleasantly surprised myself.
I have a friend who orders living plants from Amazon with success and remember seeing someone on FB or YT do it as well.

Those pillows, that tray ,and the coasters are entirely my style. Love marble pattern too. The jewelry trays are excellent. I prefer using your current read on your coffee table or bedside table. For me, beside table because I only have my bedroom to put anything in.
The collapsible baskets are great to keep in the trunk of the car. They prevent grocery and shopping bags from moving around or tipping over.🙂
I would love to see you do some videos spotlighting smaller boutique companies. Amazon is too much of a monopoly to get all my money and essentially is the reason all the smaller companies cannot compete.
I enjoy your videos and recommendations but wish you would tell prices during the videos.
I have had euro pillows for years, they're the best! My bedset is white too 💖 Have coffee table books as well...my child's "nightstand book" is "this little piggy went to Prada"! 🤣😘
P.S. to keep the faux flowers in place (in larger vases), I have a great hack: take the open bottle neck of the vase, make a grid with transparent tape and then place each long stem flower in 😉

....I've been using FOLEX since.....1998....when it wasn't a product available to the mainstream, I was a Professional Housekeeper, used it all the time, at my own home and others hones. Nothing like it. Lol.
Love the trays, I'm a " tray kind of girl", I use trays of all sizes, for so many things. I love Decor books, Alexandria Stoddard is one of my Favourites, I have most all of her books.
My friend has the cutest coffee table books. I want them soon, they are London in Bloom, then there is New York and Paris. Such beautiful flowers.

I have a similar serving tray, and use it all the time to keep the living room looking orderly.
the collapsible laundry basket is also good if you live in a building with shared laundry and dont have a laundry room to store stuff :)
How do you use it? I’m always mystified by these. My laundry baskets live in each bedroom closet and are filled a bit every day with clothes as they’re dirtied. Then when I’m doing laundry, they’re carried to the laundry room (or wherever you’re washing your clothes) and emptied as the clothes are washed. The clean, folded clothes go back in and the baskets are carried back to the bedrooms, clean clothes put away, and the baskets go back to the closet to wait for more dirty clothes. When is it collapsed?

@@Lucinda_Jackson there are really cool laundry sorting system with 3 canvas hampers - one where you throw whites. One for darks, and one for colors. They CNN lose with velcro at the top so the smell of dirty laundry ffg doesn't infiltrate your closet. And you can detach each bin to take with you to the laundry room and just dump the whole bon into the washer. A big time and smell saver. Use the collapsable baskets for clean laundry only. Then store them collapsed on the top shelf above the 3-bin system.

Yep - I had one. For about 3 months when I got rid of it because “cool” isn’t how I would have described my experience. I hated it. A basket is much easier to carry than a floppy bag. Certain parties seemed to be incapable of tossing their things into the appropriate hamper (so I couldn’t just “dump the whole bin”) and I’ve never had an issue with smelly clothes. Smelly clothes (like running clothes, sports stuff, etc) don’t go into the baskets in the closets. They go straight to the washer and get washed. 🤷🏼♀️
