How is Kuma not broken when damn near every move he has staggers and is safe on block?
Wtf u talkin about. Kuma has almost no safe moves and only a few plus frames. He's the lowest tier for a reason.
There are a lot of punishes being missed, probably because opponents don't have the experience fighting him. Rangchu kept going after that d/b 2 low poke, which is a 10 damage move that's -17 on block - it's garbage but it doesn't matter if something is launch punishable if nobody actually punishes it (probably because you'd never expect a move like that to be so minus). His bear roll mixup should also get you launched on block, but again nobody was punishing it.
Go to the lab, put opponent on block all and do every single one of Kumas moves. Goodluck finding the few that are safe. LMAO. He’s a bottom 2 for a reason. He’s trash compared to what all the rest of the cast can do.
