Jimin said in an interview a few weeks back that in the beginning they used to tape the dance rehearsals and go over it frame by frame looking for perfection in everything from their pinky fingers to where their eyeballs were pointing at. They're the definition of dedication and hard work. There are a bunch of live performances of Fire that are just fantastic. Janet Rhythm Nation stuff! 💜
My God..this is why I love being in this fandom. I always got new information in almost every video I watch of BTS even though I have been in this fandom since 2014. I know they are dedicated but wow I didn't know Jimin say that. Tq for this info!

The guy in the front is Jungkook (JK) he is the groups center. They all have positions like the Lead dancer, main dancer, the official visual to the lead rapper to the main rapper. There is the dance line, rap line. So much talent comes together and make this incredible group. There will NEVER be a group like BTS again 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Jungkook, he’s usually in the front, the center of their acts. He’s the youngest member. He’s dubbed the Golden Maknae because he so good at everything, it’s not even fair. Lol
The foot stomping in this one is so satisfying. One of their most iconic dance routines and songs. The stage versions totally change it up too.
the best part is when JK jumps from front to back so smoothly without bumping to Taehyung and Yoongi.
Oh yeah, Jungkook...JK front and center. He's the youngest and the main vocalist of the group...and therefore they keep him mostly front and center...or center at least...then as each one sings or raps they rotate so that person will be in front for their part. In almost every song each person or rapper gets their part to shine...and JK does the main part of the vocals. He also...if you listen carefully in the songs...does the adlibs in the background filling up the song giving it a more full sound. He has perfect pitch in his vocals. Sometimes if another singer has any trouble pulling off a high note he'll blend his voice with theirs for a flawless sounding note.

That is JK in the center. One of my fave parts is the same as yours. Did you notice after they do the lean Jungkook jumps back to the middle, V (Taehyung) and Suga (aka Agust D) jump forward to the front and they never collide. So cool.
Jungkook the center, gives his all whether its practice or on stage. Even the smallest movements get special attention from him, powerful dancing and next second its graceful and soft. His stagepresence is something else. He has the most stable voice singing and doing hard choreagraphy because his stamina and large lung capacity.
Jungkook (Bunny 🐰) is the center. Dude’s a BEAST!! Cute like a bunny, but fast and energetic like a bunny-he’s the boxer. Love that dude-so much energy!!
But nobody does the dance break FIRE 🔥 footwork like Jimin IMHO 😆

I love watching BTS dance practices! In that part it was Jungkook in front.
They practice for about 15 hours to prefect those dances
15 hours a day lol and we don’t know how many days they practiced

the one in the front is Jungkook or JK, the golden maknae (golden youngest). he'll always be in the center as HE is the CENTER of the group (it's an actual title and posititon in kpop). no matter the choreography is, he'll always come back to center.
THE ONE THAT RAN UP TO THE CAMERA IS CALLED V HE LOVES TO DO THAT.
That part where Jimin is in the front (red hat, stripe on his sleeve) is one of the most rewound spots and is known as 3:33. I remember when I first saw it and enjoy other people seeing it too. The guy who switched it up, blonde hair for this one, is Jin, the oldest. The one that was at the center in shorts was Jung Kook. Looking forward to you watching Danger! An older one but my favorite of older Bts songs. TY!
BTS are not only the best dancers but they have the best crew and camera guys in the industry.
You should check out some of their behind the scenes of their music videos and lives performances. The camera guys go just as hard as BTS to try and keep up with them while carrying heavy equipment. 😊

If you are hardcore Army and you know your stuff, you know their performance structure and their ‘labels’/‘titles’.
That standout part is none other than dance genius, Jimin and it’s the iconic dance part associated with ‘Fire’!!! He’s one of the two main dancers in the group. The other main dancer is JHope! They’re incredible!!!

Hobi is by far the dancer. I would never consider jm being the best also my opinion is suga is the best rapper a jk is the best singer. Just my opinion which I have a right to. Hobi is also the funniest and rm is the smartest iq proven and jin is the dad. And v with that deep voice yup nothing else to say. Jm with his hair flip is just so and his high notes are amazing. One can argue jm has the most dance experience since he was also trained in classical ballet but not the best out of the group.
I'm with you on the dance practices being so much more satisfying as they reveal the dance steps, formations, etc. But with FIRE, the live performances just take it to another level.

5:35 I've watched this many times and it's so satisfying to watch when j-hope turned 360 degree on this part, (his beside center Jungkook, right side wearing shorts.
Every once and a while there are little, tiny details that stand out to me, and for the Fire choreography there is a part in the beginning where the members' movements are imitating a camp fire. Throughout the whole performance they incorporate the loose, wavy feeling of flames. But those sharp movements and isolations are the money grabbers of the art.
And JK (Jungkook), who you paid attention to in the middle is phenomenal, those parts where he takes 2 giant jumps backwards, without looking, still hitting his mark, and doing it in heavy ass boots is very impressive.
The one that stood out is JK. He's the youngest and main vocalist. If you want to see a different side check out BLACK SWAN and JIMINS BLACK SWAN SOLO BEHIND THE SCENES. DEFINITELY WORTH IT!! You should see what Jimin is capable of. He's a trained classical dancer.

Fire has always been my favorite BTS song. 2016...the year they got their first award after 3 years of hard work. They were still mostly hip hop back then. They had a lot of great songs that year. Something about Fire just makes you want to get up and move. You can't sit still listening to it...that's for sure. It's just such a high energy type of song.
