I think I've got the 3.5mm proximal tibia anterolateral plate. How much of the equipment is reused on multiple patients?

    Hello doctor.
Could you please explain the reason for feeling of heaviness in the leg post surgery for tibial condyle fracture.
Is it normal? Does it requires any kind of medication?

I'm no doctor but I had a Tib-Fib Fracture (tibial plateau) with an ORIF and 2 of these plates. There isn't a magic pill to fix everything, you likely will need extensive PT. My best guess for the cause of this "heaviness" is the damaged muscle fibres that were cut while performing this surgery.

Hi, Please consult your surgeon. Do not do any self diagnosis or take self medication.
