At the 11.01 point; "not beer!" The cutest part of the narrative!
Going to try your recipe but the best thing about your video is your cheerful demeanor and absolutely adorable smile.
I just love watching ausing these recipies. The absolute. Best
You actually make baking and cooking look fun and easy. Thanks
I really appreciated your hint about the wire rack for the re-bake. Ingenious and a back saver!
I just finished eating a couple this morning, and they are fabulous! I'm scoping out your other recipes to see what to make next. Your enthusiasm, light-heartedness, and attention to detail made this recipe easy.
Roasting the almonds was the secret to this recipe (imo). Thanks lovely lady!
I’m going to make this recipe. Looks pretty easy. I like to rewatch your videos just because they make me happy! Hope you and your family are healthy and happy.
I always get excited when I see that you’re on CZcams. I know how healthy you cook and everything is delicious. I enjoyed listening to you so much and I’ve learned so much. Thank you and merry Christmas
I'm making this tonight (& spudnuts, lol) for my mom & mother in law for mother's day tomorrow - they are 74 & 83 so I'm lucky I still have them to bake for! Thanks so much for this lovely recipe Jenny :)
I use butter instead of oil. it really enhances the flavor and texture. I also use Pure Anise Oil instead of Vanilla.
I use butter as well dear
*Brilliant!! I never would have thought of using a wire rack in the oven!! Hey, try swapping out the oil for real butter!! You always put a genuine smile on my face. Have a beautiful day, Jenny.*
Tonight was the third time I'm making this fantastic recipe. Thank you! the taste and texture are spot on and it satisfies my cravings for brownies and rich chocolate cake because this recipe smells and tastes like them for much less calories. Highly recommended for anyone hesitant to try this one. :)
Thank you!
I made this last night. I turned out really awesome! Thank you, Jenny
I love watching the show and using all the recipies you show us all about. They are so easy when you explain it and are fabulous. Thank you so much

You are absolutely the Best there is.. love you to pieces! Thank you for all that you share with the world.❤️🌷
JENNY IS ADORABLE LOVE TO WATCH HER RECIPES
Iam
this was great!!! instead of kneading in flour, i just added an extra 2 T flour to the dough. wet hands did help a great deal!!!
Bravo! Multo bene!
When I was a boy of 7 or 8, my elderly grandmother put a centerpiece dish of Biscotti cookies on her table to welcome her visiting grandchildren.
I remember vanilla, lemon, or anisette biscotti topped with confectioners' powdered sugar like snow.
I never completely forget experiences like those. Those were about 60 years ago.
I love these! They came out great the first time and so I just made them again. My husband loves them and will snack on them with nothing🙄, but for me, I enjoy them with a cup of expresso after dinner. Thank you for sharing. 🥰
Biscotti are awesome when they are dipped in red wine as the Italians will ofttimes eat them after dinner or for an afternoon snack.
Interesting I’ve never dumped him in red wine I always have them with a coffee and dunk them in my coffee so I learned some thing👍😃
I really want to try this recipe, I have been trying to find a recipe for a long time. Thank you Jenny. Happy Holidays😀👍🏼🥰
I'm sure glad you popped up on my feed... U bake the heck out of Mmmm good dessert
I Brush the unbaked log with beaten eggwhite and sprinkle with Sanding Sugar for a Nice crunch and presentation!

Love this woman. I get a bit dizzy with all the bright coloured utensils, but she's worth it 😆😆
Yes me too I had to wear my sun glasses 🤓 she weird
Made these today. They were easy and wonderful. I did have to use a lot more flour than Jenny did but didn't seem to affect it.
love your kitchen and how you match everything from cloth to your tools
I love biscotti, and this is my personal favorite. Thank you for this recipe! I am going to try it today!
Can I have the recipe please ?
Instead of using white flour on the cutting board, use the cocoa powder. Try adding some espresso powder. Really like the idea of the wire rack on the second bake.
Yum! Love your recipes!!
Hi aunty Jen just wanna say thank u so much for your easy recipes...IV made them over n over again ....fantabulous ...thank u 😊 love always..💕
Very lovely. Can’t wait to make these.

Lemon poppy with glaze is soooo good

Lucy Lucille remind me
All my cookies come out dry. So I've renamed all my cookies biscotti.
thank you so much for this easy, delicious recipe! i'm making my second batch tonight. 😍
Have you got the recipe ? Please I find her so confuse nil understood
Okay. I made these before and they were perfect. Today the dough was so soft and sticky but I floured and they turned out horrible...flour tasting. Plus, they didn't dry up and crunch. Second batch is in the oven now. But the dough turned out the same way, runnier than should be, so I did add less flour and kept flouring my hands to shape it. Wish me luck!
Jenny, you make cooking fun and easy. I live in Big Bear. Which is 7,200 feet. I have to adjust your recipes for higher altitude. But they are great. Thank you
Hey... Her subs just reached 1M on YT ! Congratulations 💖🎊🤗

I love it I will put mine back in the oven the wY you did, so much easier
Can I have the recipe pls
Is it possible to make this dairy-free and gluten free? I love biscotti & almonds, but I'm allergic to cane sugar.
Esther Ting Sorry, I have no experience with dairy-free / gluten-free baking.
you might want to experiment with a gluten free flour, egg substitute and for the sugar, maybe use honey, molasses, maple syrup or even stevia.... I know there are websites that are "gluten free and sugar free" options... hope this helps..
You need a special recipe. Perhaps a blend of rye and other flours with more moisture? She didn't use any dairy. Eggs aren't dairy, but you need them for structure and moisture, as well as rising.
Looks so delicious. Yum yum.
Thank you Jenny for making your recipes seem so easy! You’ve got me over my fear of making yeast breads and rolls!
Just look my supervisor nice and smiling face the way you explained very good and nice thank you.
Gonna try this some day ☺️😉😁
love all urban food and out fits are so pretty
🌈
Your funny and I love all your videos.
Does the whole-wheat flour have to be pastry? And thank you for sharing love your tutorials!
It should be. Regular will add coarseness. Otherwise, just use all white flour (unbleached).
@@nonenoneonenonenone thank you

Most biscotti/mandelbrot/kumisbrot are not made with chocolate, just nuts.
Could you use cocoa powder instead of flour?
Very good!
I can't wait to try this. Thank you.

Jenny what is the material on your countertop...is that natural quartz....? Because it is gorgeous....and I want it in my new kitchen.....carerra is way too delicate (stains etc) and I was told that the natural quartz mimicks the carerra but is way easier to take care of...that counter is stunning...!
My countertop is granite and I searched for months to find this one. I love it!
I believe it is called Super White....I just found it on line...it really is beautiful.....thanks!
