How do i come in contact to Greg Loehr because I want to know which type of hot wire he used for that machine and what kind of powersupply?

He's cutting the blank in half with a hot wire, and then glues it back together with a wooden stringer down the center of the board. This adds stiffness.
If you've ever tried cutting polystyrene foam with a saw, you'll know that it does not cut cleanly. Using a hot wire, it melts the edges and is absolutely straight.
