Enhypen concept/lore is Vampires and they do also have individual abilities(which is more explored in their official Webtoon Dark Moon: The Blood Altar , which also covers most of their lore. Though the lore in the webtoon has some differences with the lore of their mvs) . As for the two guys in the beginning Are actually from another Hybe group called &Team and their concept/lore are werewolves . Both groups lore while different are still intertwined with one another especially with the whole rivalry between Vampires and Werewolves.
Both groups are really talented and amazing and I hope u guys check out more of their songs.

The other two people who are werewolves in the beginning of the mv are from another group named &TEAM. It's also worth seeing ENHYPEN's dance practices too because they are really great dancers. 4:10 these two guys are from &Team, a japanese/korean group from Hybe, they’re connected to the Enhypen Lore too and now the new girl Group Il’LIT from Hybe respectively BeLift (same as Enhypen) too (both are made out of the survival show I-Land) . They have a manhwa which the MVs and the storyline is based of. Vampire theme is Enhypen, &Team Werewolf’s and the new girl group we don’t know yet. Enhypens performances especially Live are always Top tier
The werewolves are actually in another boy group called &team....and both their storylines are somehow connected. &team also have great great songs, you'll love them.
Like others said, concept is vampires. They are txt’s little brothers, which is why you probably hear the two groups mentioned together. A lot of songs already mentioned in earlier comments. Definitely listen to their debut Given-Taken. I also love some of their more r&b songs like Bills and Just a little bit showcases their vocals the best out of all their songs

I've been an Engene aka fan since pre debut/I-LAND days as they are just so talented.
My biases are Jake (the aussie and since pre debut), Heesung and NiKi (he was a wrecker till sweet venom).
My fav Enhypen album is Dark Moon.
My top 3 ult Enhypen songs are Bite Me, Sweet Venom and their debut song Given-Taken.
I also love their vampire concept which they have had ever since debuting as I love the dark mysterious vibes of it and the choreo is amazing aswell

If you're going to check the lore, you'll have to check out &Team as their lore is intertwined with Enhypen. It's the whole story of two groups of boys, vampires and werewolves. The two werewolves you saw at the beginning of the video is K and EJ from &Team. I'd recommend checking out "War Cry" from &Team. Members from Enhypen and 4 of members of &Team were all on I-Land

Their lore is so good so is their discography. They are seven vampires with different powers hence the bloody party and wolves as their enemies and stuff. Hope you guys check out their other MVs like "Bite Me". The best 4th gen boy group for me.
They have a very involved vampire storyline that spans through time. They are amazing dancers, so definitely check out their dance practices. They also have great vocals, leaning towards lyrical, rather than rap performances. You may want to start at the beginning with Given-Taken, their debut MV, and then go forward through their MVs and dance practices, chronologically. That is a good way to pick up on storyline, which can also be followed by reading their Webtoon called Dark Moon. Their name is pronounced En -hy- pen (with a “p” sound, not a “f” sound). 😄👍🏻

They are amazing dancers and really are evolving right before our eyes. My favorite songs are Given-Taken, Not for Sale, Drunk-Dazed, Chaconne, Still Monster, Bite Me, Mixed Up, Attention Please, Paradox Invasion and Pass the Mic. I always try to share this entire list to people who have started listening to my ults. ENHYPEN is a boy group which is under BE:LIFT LAB and HYBE. The group was formed through a survival show called "I-LAND". They debuted on November 30, 2020 with "BORDER : DAY ONE" Album. Their debut MV : 'Given-Taken' (The MV was released on November 30, 2020). The group is composed of 7 members :

So basically enhypen are the vampires, that has been their storyline since the beginning, but their powers were more of a new thing at the time of this release. The other two guys who appeared as werewolves are part of another Hybe group named &Team. They were also in I-Land with the members of enhypen. They made the appearance in this video long before their debut. But basically the storylines of the two groups are intertwined in the sense that they are supposed to be enemies, seeing that they all love the same girl and all that, there is actually a book about it, Dark Moon being Enhypens book.

Enhypen has very well-thought lorenthat sticks to their debut album to the most recent one. All of their releases title tracks (and imho all of their songs) are from their lore. They explore different genres so you wouldn’t expect them sticking to a genre.
