As a former female principal, what she did took great confidence and nerve to perform in front of a very critical audience. Congratulations, I'm sure she is amazing at connecting with her staff and students. Well done, no matter when she did this.

I know it's late response but, this is awesome. This is how ALL educators should be. People learning from example and educators who are not ashamed to participate.
It is awesome to see that Europeans are dancing on Indian Songs but most mesmerising thing is that they are enjoying it.
Study is not about pressure, stress, mugging up and scoring high, it all about knowing new things and always having fun experience though the learning process. I wish if I could show this video to my school's principal. In India students are pressurised by their parents to choose the profession of Engineering or Doctor, even if they are not interested in it . Our Indian society likely to take education as big competition where everyone is running on an endless marathon and eventually the students end up feeling despondent and commit stupid things.
God bless to all those happy students in the video. I know they all will shine in their future.

Where I live, our local public high school (in the U.S.), is drastically losing students to other schools, and the administration can't understand why. The school is all about discipline, punishment, detentions, suspensions, forcing lockers open, monitoring every hallway, etc...We live in small town rural America; how bad can things really be, that there is no trust in the student body whatsoever? We all know why our school's enrollment is dropping. The school administration better get with the program, or they will lose their entire student population to other schools. This video is inspiring, just like that video made by a teacher and students in a Texas school. School can be a happy place, and it begins with the administration, and their methods of achieving happiness, excitement and contentment within the student body.

Finland is one of the top-ranking countries in the world when it comes to education. Now I have an inkling of why that is . From a news article: TheBoard of Education outlined the country’s vision; equal opportunities for all students.
It said:The focus in education is on learning rather than testing.
There are no national tests for pupils in basic education in Finland.
The Finns are obviously not just fun-loving, good dancers!
I taught school for 16 years and I still substitute. We have instances like this one in Oklahoma schools that help make students feel welcome. Being loving and kind has never killed anyone. So love this video. I have to take my hat off to those brave students. So vibrant, energetic, and school proud!
