@@hisanashabeer6635 Dear sister consider your baby's age from due date because medically premature baby's age is calculated from due date not birth date. Your baby is just going to be 5 month, most probably baby will start sitting after 6th month.
Physiotherapist suggest physiotherapy according to each individual however this will definitely help your baby a lot give your baby lot of tummy time.

Agar aap apne baby ki age due date se consider kare to wo abhi sirf 3.5 ya 4 month ka hai.

Hi, my micro premie is born 28 weeks & it's almost 1 month, she is showing feed intolerance and unable to take feed. Infections are controlled, her stomach swells after giving feed, doctor also contrast study(xray) of large intestine and reports came fine. Doctors are thinking of operating to find the reason. As a parents we feel helpless?

@@omnayounus4925 we're your baby stomach also bloated and how long your baby food intorence lasted, did your baby has was passing motions? Our Doctor saying that since for a premature baby a thyroid test may give false positive results ,so they have to think twice before giving thyroid medicine to a small baby.

Is he active baby?
Does he pee 8-10 times a day?
Medically baby's weight should be double from birth weight at the end of 5th month (according to this your baby's weight seems ok)
In my suggestion, breast milk is the best. You eat well and do activities with baby, give baby lot of tummy time.

I have a question how do u feed him after discharge. ?dr suggested us to spoon feeding...but he is not taking feed...always sleeping...pls suggest something....how to feed him ??
After discharge I started formula bottle feeding, so he can consume enough milk, but you need to be very careful with hygiene, if bottles are not washed and sterile properly it can cause infections.
That's why doctors always recommend spoon feeding.

Low-birth-weight babies often have problems of being under weight.
Please consult with your doctor to find out baby doesn't have any other health issues due to which baby is not gaining enough weight.

Sister if with all these tips which I shared in the video are not working for your baby, consult with pediatrician may be your baby have some health issues due to which baby is not gaining weight.

These info are not how to gain weight 😅 my baby girl is extreme preemie and i do all of that she is 5 months since i gave birth to her and 2,5 months now but we had a very hard and tough journey her weight was 625 g went to 580 we had to flight from jordan to sweden by ambulance flight now she is about 4,5 maybe little bit more but i feel she is still underweight she is on forumula . All the info you gave are not so new the whole video i was waiting for you to say something new but nothing than the info that i have

Hi, first 15 days me to baby ka weight kam ho kar wapas regained ho kar birth weight par pahuchta hai, uske baad 400gm weight gain is good weight gain within a month.
Be patience mostly keep breastfeeding baby, baby will gain normal weight.

Sometimes baby may have some internal health issues due to which baby is not consuming as much milk as baby should.

@@maryshoaib236 When feeding tube was removed we introduced feed with spoon. The physiotherapist helped me to teach me how to feed baby with spoon.

Sister till 6th month give baby only breast milk, you eat well nutritious food, have milk with satavari, increase healthy calories in your food, baby will gain weight, after 6 month there is so much you can offer baby for weight gain.

Give lot of kangaroo mother care to baby because KMC....
Stabilizing your baby’s heart rate.
Improving your baby’s breathing pattern and making the breathing more regular.
Improving oxygen saturation levels (this is a sign of how well oxygen is being delivered to all of the infant’s organs and tissues).
Gaining in sleep time.
Experiencing more rapid weight gain.
Decreasing crying.
Having more successful breastfeeding episodes.

When my preemie was in NICU there were some clots in brain during scul sonography but it got normal with time and baby doesn't have any issues.
