Can you please share your list of price adjustment for a CMA in BRIGHT ? That seems to be the mysterious information missing from everybody’s CMA videos.
Hi Jody. Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, there is no 'one-size fits all' list of adjustments. While CMAs are not appraisals, both processes will make different adjustments based on location, price range, market conditions, etc.
