I had the privilege of learning under these 2 incredible instructors for 7 years and they are absolutely some of the best human beings I have ever met. They always pushed me, not only to be the best player, but the best person I could be and I still carry much of their wisdom to this day! Love you Mrs. Islas and Mr. Bush and I can’t wait to see what you do with the kids this year!!!❤❤❤
Great interview! Go Team Islas!
Wow Jeff Prosperie as your drum instructor?!?!?! AWESOME 😎👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥁🥁🥁
15 years into working with @teamislas and I still learn something every time I listen to them talk shop!
Yep Steve Campbell had us doing Percussion 🥁 practice after school on Monday and Wednesday with full band on Tuesday and Thursday nights! Football 🏈 game on Friday’s and Band Competitions on Saturdays.
Been waiting on this one ! Legendary !!!
💪😃For The Team Islas Algorithm!!!!!💪😃
S-DUB Hype! Two of the best instructors I was fortunate enough to march under on tour!
FINALLY!!!!
Yall gonna react to GMU this season?
Doug Bush and Patricia Islas each gave me a private lesson at Plainview HS back in 2017! Great teachers and AMAZING arrangers/players! Is there a link to the 24 rules?
no mention of how crazy good John Horn HS was in 2013-2014? not a lot compares to that ensemble they curated
Will have to check that one out!
