Really, keep it up with this way of touring through the properties! Its much more natural and you get a much better feeling of the sensations that each room creates.
That staircase wall looks like polished plaster. You grind down marble into a powder and add it to wet plaster and apply it to a wall. You keep on trowelling to draw the water to the surface and you get that lovely marble effect. It’s Italian, but very popular here in England. That ‘lift’ in the dressing area might be for laundry. Another great video btw 👍
This is all the house that I would ever need actually! I don't imagine that this stayed on the market too long but proof that there are great houses that come along if you're patient.

Too much glass. The upkeep cost on this property doesn't seem to make that much sense. I suppose for the right high-roller, a good revamp could be worth it based on the market.
