The screw style antenna is for the higher powered CB's it makes for a longer antenna but in a compact version

The spiral C.B. antenna is a way to give the antenna the correct physical (and therefore electrical length) of 108" to match the operating radio frequency of 27 Megahertz (Mhz).

It was nice meeting you guys at that great event in Nacogdoches. Thanks for giving me a few minutes out of your time to talk. The truck you brought to Texas looks sharp as all the projects you do. Thank you for SEMI CASUAL stickers you gave me ( my 3 years old grandson who watches your videos with me religiously made me put one on our golf cart lol).
    See you next time.

Cb wise it helps the antennas reach the full 10 meter band and it helps cool the antennas because them antennas can push out a lot higher watts than most radios put out

Greetings gentleman! Your truck looks awesome, but it could possibly look even awesomER with a really cool original orange and white stripe pattern that sets it apart from other black Peterbilts...maybe you guys can come up with several stripe patterns and have your subscribers vote on what they think is best...just an idea.
