I just started pro wrestling training 2 weeks ago and we're doing most of these rolls and then some. Are there any tutorials that show the no hand rolls? Love your videos! Lot's of insight.

You can tell they're overthinking their rolls when their shoulder rolls become better after you throw in the back rolls, 'cos now they're stressing about the back roll instead of the former, love it 😂
