What was that PZB penalty for? Signals were all green, no speed reduction indicated, within max line speed and max speed for PZB M mode... Did I miss something?

Couldn’t you drive this service in pzb O mode since this isn’t necessarily a freight move? You have maximum break and acceleration capabilities so I don’t see why you couldn’t be in pzb O.
