Liberian Chuck Rice And Gravy

Liberian Chuck Rice and Gravy
Ingredients
One onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 diced tomato
1 slice yellow onion
1 t garlic
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 T tomato paste
1 t black pepper
1 t garlic salt
4 Maggi cubes
8 oz shrimp
5 chicken wings
9 oz beef
3 cups parboiled rice
1/2 cup okra
4 oz of Spanish
Method of preparation
1) heat up a big pot and add 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil.
2)blend one red onion, red pepper, green pepper, and one habanero. Add this to the pot, also slice one yellow onion, and dice one red tomato, and add them to the pot.
3) season the gravy with 4 Maggi cube, 1 t black pepper, 1 t garlic salt, 1 t chop garlic, and 1 T tomato paste.
4) let the gravy cook on midnight heat, for 20 minutes. Check on it often.
5) add the shrimp, beef, fish, and Chicken in a bowl. Season them well with black pepper and season salt, and 1 Maggi cube
6) fry the fish, beef and chicken, but not the shrimp.
7) add 1 cup of water to the gravy, and add the shrimp. Let the shrimp cook before adding the fry fish, beef, and chicken to the gravy. Adjust your seasonings. Cook this for 10-20 minutes on low heat till most of the liquid is dry.
8) after 10-20 minutes your gravy should be ready.
9) follow the instructions on the pack of the parboiled rice. And cook 3 cups of rice.
10) in a pot add 4 oz of Spanish, and 1/2 cup okra. Add one cup of water, cook for 8 minutes till the okra, and Spanish becomes soft.
11) after 8 minutes when the water is dry, blend the okra and Spanish, and add it to the rice, add 1 T of salt in the rice. mix the Spanish, and the okra really well into the rice.
12) your Chuck rice, and Gravy is ready to be serve. Enjoyed! - Jak na to + styl
