One question on the same subject is if company forcefully delisted and value becomes nil. Then how to account the capital loss of holding share amount in taxation. No body covered this subject. Please do video on this so that more people will get benifit 🙏
we have to wait for few months before accounting the capital loss. total value of your shares will be taken as zero. however share name will keep showing in your demat statement with its last trade price. As I am not a CA, so I can't help you more on this. A practicing CA might guide you better on this.

How can I book loss in Manpasand Beverages under LTCL in ITR?
Delisted share doesn't mean zero value. They may still have some value and can get relisted again.
To book loss, you first have to sell thoses shares in OTC market.
There can be some other ways also, but I am not aware of those.
A practicing CA can tell you better about this.

3i infotech - Reason is that they are going to reduce equity by 90%. Hence if you are holding 100 shares now, they will be 10 new shares. The 90% equity will be added to reserves. Fundamentally it shall have neutral effect totally. So, present 7 rupees will become 70 rupees after relisting and total money will be same. But price at which it relists depends totally on demand and supply on that day.

Trading suspended in BIL energy for indefinite time. Agar company ess suspension k waqt, exchange k guidelins ko dubara se follow karne lagti hai, to trading restart ho sakta hai. Else company delist ho jayegi.
Abhi aap kuch nahi kar sakte. Umeed kijiye ki share dubara se trade hone lage, nahi to aapke paise doob jayege. Kyoki aisi company ko delist hone k baad, OTC market me bhi koi nai khareedega.
