I got my gallbladder laproscopy done in October and after some time I have started to feel a strange kind of pain in areas near my breast, sometimes it is severe and sometimes it is like some shock or I don't know what to say. Why is this happening? The pain is sometime near the area below the breast. Please advise.
You should consult with your surgeon and see if you need a check ultrasound as this is unusual

Yes if infection because of stones is bad we may need to drain the pus and wait for infection to settle for a few weeks before removing the gallbladder

Doctor I am 67 years old -Even After a month of my gallbladder removal I get a chest tightness (Gas) during the day after one hour eating my meal inspite of eating small meal including leafy vegetables fruits etc (less spicy, dal rice, kichdi ect) inspite of this the bloating in the chest continues, also sometimes a little feeling of nausea, followed by a back pain. Doctor although I don't suffer from like earlier symptoms before surgery but I fear now of this bloating. Will I be relieved after some months. Doctor I shall be grateful if you can advise me.
Sir you may need medication temporarily for 2-3 months to help you with these symptoms. If not getting better after starting medicines you may need an upper endoscopy. Please check with your doctor

yes stone formation in gallbladder happens when gallbladder is not contracting normally. It is likely at some point these stones will start causing pain/ symptoms so better to plan surgery electively.

Obesity can lead to reflux. Please consult your doctor for evaluation for both obesity and reflux. You may need endoscopy also
I am also facing bile reflux (pitta) but I am not obese rather I am underweight after gall bladder surgery I can't eat any food comfortably I am getting reflux problem after that surgery i.e 24×7 hours and days every day I am facing this issuse from surgery which is going to happen 8 months now I can't concentrate on any anything not even on health
@@PriyanshuKumar-ug9qr If have not done already I suggest you see a gastroenterologist to get upper endoscopy. Acid reflux is lot more common than bile reflux

Constipation is typically not related to gallbladder, is a separate problem. Take a high fiber diet, laxatives. See a gastroenterology doctor if needed

Hi Sir , I had gone through laproscopic surgery but due to some mistake from surgeons end now I am suffering from bile duct injury .. CBD stent is already placed ..can you advise how exactly this can be treated as no doctor is able to provide me with proper solution. Would highly appreciate your advise.
Needs detailed evaluation you may need bile duct repair at appropriate time. Sometimes side injury heals with stent depends on MRCP findings. Please consult local GI Surgeon

There is no evidence for increase in bile reflux after gallbladder surgery. If you need the surgery it’s because risk of keeping the gallbladder is much higher than removing it so there is no need to worry so much.

Bile reflux may be caused by:
Gallbladder surgery. People who have had their gallbladders removed have significantly more bile reflux than do people who haven't had this surgery.
Theoretically yes but practically not proven. I would not call websites even of reputed hospitals scientific evidence. There are some surgeries that definitely increase bile reflux such as loop Gastro jejunostomy where the natural barrier to bile going backwards is removed. Gallbladder surgery is not one of those. Complications of gallbladder surgery that are worrisome are bile duct injury, bile leak. Bile reflux maybe experienced by some patients but that is not what would hold me from getting my gallbladder removed if I had stones. Complications of symptomatic gallstones far exceed risk of bile reflux even if that happens.

operation nahi hua hai pichhe le 15/2/2022 ko tha likin doctors ne suggestion Diya ki aap ko koi pen nahi to abi operation mat karwao sir government hospital tha agar private hota to pka wh log operation kar dete aap ki duwa se me fit hu thanks 🙏🙏
