- US President Joe Biden kicked off his bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a moment of levity. The American Commander-in-Chief remembered a trip to India's Mumbai when he was Barack Obama's Vice President. Biden said that Indian press had asked him about his relatives in the country. He revealed that one of his relatives, a Captain George Biden of the East India Tea Company, had apparently settled in India in colonial times. Biden joked that the whole purpose of his meeting with PM Modi was to find more about his relatives. Watch the full video for more.

Modi talked for awhile and then took numerous questions from reporters. Biden, like always, took no questions.
