Here is the basic introduction of a unique and smart switching device for solar system which is a
powerful solution for battery backup by which we can distribute our battery backup for electrical loads into smart load and heavy load.
Nowadays Electricity is a necessity of our daily life but unfortunately battery backup of ups and solar system is suffer due to excess of load shedding specially in night hours.
There are two kinds of solar inverters available in market cheap inverters with single output and
expensive inverters with dual out put these off grid inverters having different ratings between 3kw to 10kw mostly Chinese manufactures brands like Tesla solar Inverex Max Power Solar Max Fronus Zewnic etc.
In all these solar inverters with single output terminals a most common problem, when working on a battery mode battery will discharge shortly because of heavy loads like air conditioners and refrigerators etc.
So by using this SDO device we can differentiate our electrical loads into two categories like smart load (lighting load fans and lights) and heavy load (Air conditioners and refrigerators).When solar inverter works on battery mode this SDO device or single to dual output device switch off the heavy load on a certain battery level desired by user and enhance the battery timing because only smart load consume the battery backup.
This function is available in only expensive solar inverters like Inverex Nitrox and Solar Max OnyX etc. but by using this smart and cheap Single to dual output device we get this feature with our normal cheap inverters.
This SDO device have 5 types of contacts like Solar Battery Mains (Grid like WAPDA or K Electric) Inverter output and smart load (L1) and Heavy load (L2) terminal.
we can use this device with 24v system and 48v system for distribution of smart load and heavy load on solar system.

Dear mene ye kam sirf 800 rupy ki relay sey kiya hey. Sath aik 400 rupy ka battery cut of circuit use kiya hey or battry cut off per cut off voltage set kardiye or AC cut off hojata hey wapda jane per or battery 11 volt per cut off kar deta hey. Simple.

This is great work by a local manufacturer. My question is where to set the watt/load limit so the device will know what to turn off when it reaches the set voltage?

بہت اچھی کوشش ہے ھمارے طرف سے عرض یہ ہے کہ اس طرح کی کم لوڈ کے لیئے بھی ڈیوائس بنائیں کیونکہ عام گھروں میں ایک یا دو سولر لگی ہوتی ہیں جنکا لوڈ 10 یا 20 ایمپئر تک ہوتاہے بارش کے دنوں میں دھوپ ناہونے کہ سبب بیٹری چارج نہی ہو پاتی جسکے لیئے الگ سے چارجر لگانا پڑتا ہے اگر کم لوڈ والوں کے لیئے ایسی ڈیوائس جو سولر کنٹرولر بھی ہو اور بجلی سے بیٹری کو چارج بھی کرے

measurements over the Wifi on Mobile phone

What are you going to do with wifi?Its not some highly sophisticated device ,it will only tell you about battery voltage and PV/line status...Not to mention the extra cost it will incur both for hardware and app(for monitoring) and you can get nitrox 3kw ip65 inverter with wifi and smart load option which would be 100 times better for those who want a new installation ..Even 6000 is on the upper limit for this device but we as Pakistanis should appreciate and promote it especially for those with older inverters.....

The device is ok, I have installed it by myself, and it works just with batteries low and high voltage.
It will be more better if you enhance to power off WAPDA with high PV voltage & if low voltage then start WAPDA

It is very simple inhon nay 2 circuit banaye hain heavy load aur simple load heavy load ko inhon wapda say relay laga ker control ker liya hai. Mager iss system main yeah hai keh din kay waqat bhi jab light jaye gi in ka heavy load off ho jaye ga jab keh in ka system in ko heavy load chalany kay liye support ker rha hoga kion keh solar say generation ho rhi ho gi to uss kay liye sdo device best hai kion keh uss main aap apni marzi say programming ker saktay hai
