  • In this video, I have talked about the minor but important details that most of you might not know about Hyunjin's Bully Allegations. There were many parts that were created and spread by the antis but till this day, stays believe them. Hyunjin's class fellows, the accusers, Hyunjin's teacher, Hyunjin's fans [stays] and everything that was important or played a major role, has been discussed in the video. There was some confusion related to the Teachers's statement so I have cleared that too, Last but not the least, he has suffered so much, so let's put an end to this and let him live. He self reflected and has apologized too. Moreover, he was 13 or 14, and character development is something, we all have gone thru over time.
If you Like the video, give it a thumbs up and DO SUBSCRIBE.

I think jype also played a big role in how things turned out to be because they weren’t clear on the nature of the things that were said or they didn’t deny the fabricated things that were circulating online and, most importantly, they never took any legal action against those spreading misinformation as well as, to this day, they have never taken any action against those cyberbullying him over things that aren’t even true.. this lack of action from them has enabled the spread of wild and disgusting theories that antis use to accuse him of much worse things than what happened, and also they use this lack of action from jype as them basically confirming that hj did those horrible things. The company never protected him as they should have and just made him write a vague apology letter that is now also being used against hj as him confirming whatever wild theories they have fabricated, it’s just a mess that will never stop because the company will just let it happen without taking legal action, even tho they repeatedly said they will and the fans keep sending them emails of the disgusting things antis spread around.

This! Many ppl don't understand that one of the biggest problems with this is that companies don't usually take adequate measures. So they are harming the accused idols. And kpopers from 4gen at that time, many were new to this industry and didn't knew about how things works in kpop, that's made everything wost.
I have been following K-pop for more than 10 years and I have seen cases of serious accusations towards other idols of which they were innocent, but by the time this was known the damage had already been done. So at least JYPE didn't kick Hyunjin out like other companies have done with their idols. But I am one of those fans who do complain about the company for certain reasons, just like I have been complaining for years about many Kpop companies for not changing and remaining stuck with the same attitude regarding these types of issues. Like, the reality is that the ones who usually accuse idols are ppl who want some attention or bc they are fans of other groups and want to get rid of the competition. That's why making idols ready to ask for forgiveness is counterproductive, simply with this they are implying that they 'accept the accusations'. And what I hate the most is how even today Kpopers play dumb about this reality.

Fr. Particularly for this one, we can say that there wasn't enough evidence so they couldn't prove anything. It was Hyunjin who stepped up and took responsibility. All jyp did was to release statements like we're investigating, Hyunjin won't take part in group's Activities, Hyunjin met the accusers, Hyunjin is going on hiatus. What did Jyp do to protect it's artist?

*Rant alert* cuz even if it was a long time ago I got emotional watching this and realizing more how disgustingly unfair it was towards Hyunjin. Arguments start from both sides. Did the ones who misbehaved with Hyunjin said sorry to him?? Just because a 13year old later grew up to be successful, now you want an apology from him only? Judging the school environment definitely there were people who also should be saying sorry to each other if you can't get over arguments from your school days. They're complaining like they are saints who never said a wrong word in their life??? And the people judging all over the internet do you even freakin know what actual bullying is? Absolutely not. Fights, arguments, having bad blood are two sided problems. Not a one sided act like bullying.
I am so proud of him facing this with such courage. The amount of self hatred he went through after this was visible (that's why i got so emotional watching this). I'm so happy to see him being able to love himself again and how he is able to focus on all the love we give him and not give a damn about bullshit antis. He got everything he ever deserved and worked for!

Seriously though, I've experienced it (call it whatever you want bullying or 2-way hostility, but basically just dramatic conflicts between kids) in middle school, but that does not mean I will go online and tell my story to strangers in hopes of wrecking them in the future if they become successful. Of course, I'm not sure if the situation was more dire than mine because she claims to have used medication, but to some extent, mine also took a huge toll on me. I honestly don't really understand what the logic behind that was, why would you go expose your pain to the world and relive it just to cause him harm? I feel like there's something more here? sorry if what I said was insensitive and victim blaming in any way, not my intention

Thank you for talking about this, I still meet STAYs who believe the accusations were lies against him. I remember this situation made me very anxious, I was on the neutral side (I am Hyunjin bias) but I was so worried for him, also I do not believe the allegations against him make him a bad person, he was young and should have been punished at the time but now? He has changed and grow, even before all of this, he talked about how he was embarrassed about how he used to act when he was younger. The way he handled the situation make me love him and respect him even more, like you mentioned the way he take all in, not denying anything, facing it and personally apologizing. The people who to this day hate him for this are just that, haters or very young people in my opinion (maybe in the age he had when this happen so they might take it personal), also I believe is important for STAYs to accept this happened.

Kpop stans, especially on Twitter, forget the human process of mental growth. Someone on their 20's won't be the same person as when they were on their 13's. We develop our personalities, our values, morals, and our mentality with trials and errors. No single person on this planet hasn't made bad decisions at a young age out of rage/strong emotions, especially in adolescence. Even as an adult, I sometimes make wrong decisions based on my emotions and hurt people without meaning to, because we all are humans, and we are in constant evolution every day. Also, if we made mistakes, we needed to accept it and apologize sincerely. Something HE DID! it takes a lot of courage, empathy, and self-respect to apologize, and that talks MASSIVE KILOMETERS/MILES about Hyunjin's values and character. That's why I truly respect him. Cowards would never even think of accepting it and scape from reality.

This is something we’ve all been thru and might have done things that, looking back, we might regret. But i cannot imagine now as an adult being reminded constantly and harassed of things i did back then and, worse, having others make assumptions about those things when not even i can remember exactly what happened.

With the word bullying, you can put a lot of things under it so it's very difficult to say whether he did it or not and some Stay defend him without even knowing what it is.
What bothers me is that there are still a lot of assumptions and some based on memories of teachers who at the time did nothing and/or also minimized what was happening.
What is certain is that at the time of the investigation, it must have been a difficult time for everyone and also caused enormous concern for the Stray Kids group.

I will never understand how people who calls themselves "fans" and antis can hate someone just because some people (women) wants attention by making up stories. Worst of all the idol are getting hate for all of the lies. I won't drop names, but an idol proven his innocence through his own agency. He got help from them and an investigater. Still people are saying that he's guilty. The other idol got accused of things too. He's still on "hiatus", when we got someone in the fandom to hire a private investigator to prove his innocence. The people who use to be his fans and other fandoms believed the accuser. Worst of all he had to leave the group he was in just to satisfy the haters. The accuser turned out to be a saesang fan. Still his agency kept him on hiatus. My point? Why do people believe saesang fans and the people who is supposed to be friends of the idol when there's a "scandal"? It's stupid. Rather do what the first mentioned idol did. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE YOU JUDGE THE IDOL. Besides they are human beings who have made mistakes before they became famous. By mentioning it, because you are jealous of their fame is disgusting!

Toxic fandoms that hates on celebs and other public figures, also ppl who make false accusations exist in every industry. The problem in kpop is that companies were created giving too much power to kpopers (who are mainly immature knetz who tend to be really obsessive). And things got worse at the end of the 3gen. Bc it was when too many foreign fans arrived bc kpop became more popular, so then many groups emerged and therefore more competition (and bc of that kpopers tried to destroy others groups).
Also in Korea started to came many kpopers teens who like bubblegum pop and especially girl groups, and many began to hate SKZ for having been gaining popularity by making what they considered 'bad noisy music'. So when they saw that foreign Kpopers wanted to cancel them before, they tried to do the same when they had the opportunity, and that's what happened with Hyunjin. And the thing is the accusation against him start in a toxic forum that normal Korean ppl don't take seriously...A forum where many toxic kpopers usually enter to make anonymous posts to get fandoms and idols in trouble, and also to criticize anything about them. But very few foreign kpopers know about this, and others simply take advantage of what is said in there to behave like the korean haters. And the thing is that it's possible to report the posts there but not only did JYPE do nothing about it (SKZ has been accused of more things in that site), but their only "solution" is to make their idols apologize (like all companies), and that makes ppl think that they are admitting guilt...So both Korean and foreign Kpopers at that time already realized the power they have to create problems for idols...If companies had decided years ago to take serious measures against these malicious people, and report the posts on that toxic forum, I think many Kpopers would think twice before creating serious false accusations.

Korea, like other Asian countries, is known for its culture of school bullying and especially the failure to punish bullies because no one dares to accuse them. So when I hear about this, I always remain neutral because anything is possible. In the case of Hyunjin, what was mentioned were violent and/or sexual remarks, so no physical violence (fortunately) but we still hear about middle school students who commit suicide because of oral insults or read on social networks. So it’s not something to be minimized as I’ve often read when it comes to a famous person. You must always remain cautious because yes, this has already proven to be true for others.

Later on I knew from my bff (who's friend with the bully) that my cousin hate me for no reason and accusing me with the bully about those fake news.
I still traumatised about that, like literally nobody believe me except my mom bcs she saw my cousin fight with another girl outside and she now know about her real face. Sorry for my bad english but I just want to clear things up, nobody wants to get bullying!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had been thru so much. Parents need to keep an eye on their kids. The world's a scary place. But in Hyunjin's case, both of the parties were never involved in anything physical. And it wasn't bullying. It was a two sided hostility. But what happened to you, is very sad and heartbreaking

I have also been bullied by my entire class grade. So, for me (& i'm not comparing, because all is horrifying), it was 100s of people coming at you, looking down at you, calling you names, etc. It's the reason why I am the way that I am, today. But I also know that people CAN change. So, even if they were bullies when they were younger, doesn't mean that's how they are NOW. I forgave the girl (not saying you should) that turned everyone against me because she was jealous of me. I never saw her bully anyone ever again. & those that bullied me, end up later calling me "the shy sweet girl" instead of "r*tarded & other foul names*. My point is, people DO change. Especially when they're under 15yrs vs adults.
