that's a good question. I wasn't aware of ban till a friend mentioned it. I get mixed results when searching even how many NM there are, 350-80? I've checked lists and Carrizo isn't listed specifically. National Parks are of course off limits. there are built in NFZs in the app but no warnings came up but that's no excuse.

I've searched the FAA website and find zero regarding sUAS (small Un-manned Aerial Systems) and national monuments.
is drone banned in national monument like this carrizo plain?
