I saw her live with Nightwish in 2008. She has pretty good stage presence too, in my opinion.

I became a night wish fan during the floor era not because of her per se but because of the music. I don't have an opinion on who is better I don't care. I like each song based on the quality of the song.

I dont know why people disliked Anette. I know why they had to let her go but still, she did a great job under the personal problems she had. I just love Nightwish for being able to find these gems that Tarjan, Anette and Floor are. Just be greatfull for what they gave us.

I was just saying that Floor has a great voice, but she's stiff on stage. Tarja and Annette had better stage presence. Floor just stands there.

Cloud 9 Griff I agree, but many times people don't fully understand English, so they can't google the lyrics. The world doesn't revolve around America. English is not my first language, so i had to struggle a lot to find the song "Losing My Religion" (i listened to it ten years ago) when what i could understand by ears was nothing but a man mumbling, and that's how English sounds to non native speakers. On the other hand, there are people who say that only to get likes, but they are not everyone.

Anette was awesome. I saw her live with Nightwish in Sydney and was fantastic live also. Gorgeous voice. She gets forgotten often between Floor and Tanja, but her contribution to the band was wonderful.

i will tell you all, a honest story about myself,,,one month ago, I had never heard of this group, im 76, a man and had tears in my eyes watching the angel go to heaven. and also the same night I discovered Sabaton,, WOW.
Just to clear up things the video is probably based on Hugo Simbergs painting called "Wounded Angel" and they tend to use Finnish or Nordic references in their music videos

I love the female lead vocalists that came and went in this band. First, Tarja comes in with a voice of a goddess, then Anette Olzon with the voice an angel, pun intended, and finally Floor Jansen with a voice of queen. All of them are so pleasing to listen to.

This song made me discover symphonic metal, made me discover music. Nightwish isn't just a good band, it's one of the precursor of symphonic metal and today, I think, it's still one of the best symphonic metal band. The music that Tuomas write is very original ... and fucking beautiful. Thanks to them music is one of the most important things in my life. I just want to say thank you.

I am , kinda newi nightwish fan....I read alot how anette is the least popular of the the singers....I find her studio work rather enjoyable.. she can certainly sing...I think the nightwish sound live is just so big that her voice doesn't rise to the extra level the band's sound goes to when live and there for seems out of place... l do love her new album...I am a fan of all of them.

It was the first Nightwish song I've ever heard. This is funny because I was watching music chanel and this music video was emited. I was so young (I discovered it when I was 7) that I couldn't understand metal music yet. You know, young kids prefer catchy pop. Love this song so much! The weaving of the harmonies is very pleasant.
Anette got so much hate back in the days but I still think these two albums she recorded with N are their best. Amazing song for sure. Anette's only "fault" was she was not Tarja thats all. Exactly the same case like Ripper in Judas Priest or Blaze Bayley in Iron Maiden. All of them incl. Anette are amazing singers but they had an impossible task to fill their predecessors shoes.

Po prawie 10 latach znalazłem. Super piosenka trzeba przyznać. Kiedyś często słyszałem aż nagle cisza i mi się przypomniała jakiś czas temu a nie wiedziałem nawet jak to się nazywa, tylko jak brzmi i że zajebiste. Wreszcie znalazłem i powiem szczerze że zajebiste to mało powiedziane
