I just listened to this guys episode of Joe Rogan. 2 hours straight this guy told nothing but INSANE stories from his trips in the Amazon. I highly recommend checking it out. His names Paul Rosolie.
I think he's partially full of shit. He lived and worked down there on the edge, that's undeniable. But, I've known 2 people in my life that were chronic liars, and this dude gives off that vibe. I think his stories are a mix of truth, exaggeration, stealing the stories of other people and telling them as if they were his own, and occasionally complete fabrication.

I saw a documentary about some people going to visit a remote tribe, as a gesture of friendship, one of the guys gave a tribesmen his local football team shirt 👕. They went back a year later and the tribesman was wearing the football shirt. He told the guy who gave him it, that he couldn't keep the shirt in his hut at first bcoz it was stinking 😅. The guy couldn't understand why the shirt was 'stinking'. He then realised that it was the soap that was causing the shirt to 'stink' lol. The tribe had never smelled soap 🧼 before. So interesting
