As a तहसील मे मेरा अनुभव है कि एक ज़मीन का टुकड़ा सब से पहले यह किसान के नाम rahta हैं . ज़मीन ka वह टुकड़ा jab vah टुकड़ा पहले कस्टमर ko becha जाता है us कस्टमर ko इंतकाल mutation ki copy मिलानी चाहिये. नीति कस्टमर ko bikta है तो complete paper chain registrar के file se मिलान होना चाहिए. Property फ्रॉड के लिए registrar जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए.
इस पुण्य कर्म के लिए उपयुक्त कदंब उठाए.

Yaha sewar line to door ki baat Naliya hi nahi hai, saari gandgi khali plot me bharti rehti hai , har taraf naale bane hue dikhayi denge, mcd wala sirf cooler tanki check kar ke chaalan kaatne ke liye aata hai sirf , saamne pdi gandgi ke macchar usko nahi dikhayi dete. MCD me AAP Party aane ke baad bhi wesa hi haal hai jo 20 saal pehle tha.

दिल्ली के रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस में आतिशी ने कभी भी रजिस्ट्री नही करवाई होगी जब आतिशी रजिस्ट्री करवाएगी तो आतिशी को भी पैसे देने पड़ेंगे, बातें करना अलग बात है ,
अगर दिल्ली में AAP को 7 MP ki seat जितवा देंगे तो इनमे सुधार हो सकता है क्योंकि मोदी सरकार ने दिल्ली सरकार को सभी शक्तियां छीन रखी है इसलिए सरकारी कर्मचारी दिल्ली सरकार की कोई बात नही मानते ।

You have to have adopt the simple procedure for taking and and filling forms online like loading of aadhar card and pan card and even then s r are asking to submit photocopies of the same to be attached with the documents
