To remove the crossfade, just double click the audio so the box where you did the pitch bending pops up. And on the left hand side it says declicking mode. Select what ever mode you want (other than crossfade of course). I usually have it on transient (no bleeding).

@@MayFlwr hey, the crossfades that you're referring to are actually under the project general settings in the options menu. Click project general settings and then go all the way down to the playlist section at the bottom and then de-select the "automatic crossfades" option as well as the "enable automatic crossfades in new projects" :)
