    Very useful video THANKYOU! ive just taken delivery of this model and have been completely stumped as to what the additional spray head is for and where it is supposed to go. Many thanks for a clear and concise video. Much appreciated

    The large item spray head, I could not figure out what it was for but I know now. Thank you, sir.

    Thank you. My school has one of these and I couldn't get it to start. I thought the time delay thing was the duration of the program and was confused to as to why it didn't start. Turns out it would. after 3h if I hadn't watched this

    Hello there!!!
    We had a pressure issue & now the ‘check water’ light stays on. I have sorted the water pressure issue & now I need to ‘Hard Reset’ (ie the ‘Key Dance’ reset).
    The ‘hold start for 3 seconds’ won’t work & the machine is in a constant phase of ‘pump’
    Can you let me know if you know the ‘key Dance’ for this model??
    If you can I’ll be sooooo pleased!! 🙈

      Unfortunately with this dishwasher it doesn't have the option to add the top cutlery drawer

    Very interesting video, the good lady purchased this model 2 years ago and is finding that the bottom is not draining and the program does not switch itself off. I have cleaned the filter and put in cleaner, its seems to have worked but it comes up also with "check water" light. Can you give me any ideas much appreciated . Regards

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před 2 lety

      Normally it is an indication there is a problem with the water inlet when it says "Check Water". If it is not pumping out though it is more than likely a problem with the waste outlet or drain where the water goes out of.

    hi i just boght exactly the same DW but i can not use it ,it some proplem with the water sensor or valve ,i checket the water is connected but after 2 min of run the water light come on ,coud you help me to fix it?

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před 3 lety

      Sounds very strange, as the machines are normally tested in the factory before they leave. Just check the water has been turned on with whoever installed it, as it sounds like there is no water getting to the machine

    I have this model and after two years it either has a leak in the base triggering the Check Water light (anti-flooding sensor) or it has a defective pump. We don't know which but either way it seems to be poor. Can I ask if you have experience of the plastic lining splitting? Great presentation by the way!

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před 4 lety

      it isn't something we have experienced where the lining splits, unless something has dropped on it and cracked it?

      @@lords-electrical Not to our knowledge though it was passed on to us from a good home. We haven't used it that much but it seemed to work to begin with. We are not frequent users and generally light loads as I don't put pans in. Bit disappointed as the last Bosch lasted 20 years and now don't know what to do with this one as it is expensive to repair but too new to junk

    • @marioncatlin
      @marioncatlin Před 4 lety

      @@lords-electrical Maybe some other way of moisture getting in but nothing we can see. Bosch say sensor and an engineer suggested pump (as it doesn't seem to be producing heat and moving through the process properly) but wither way it is disappointing and undermines my Bosch confidence :-(

    Can you please elaborate pre rinse program?

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před 2 lety

      A pre rinse is used at the beginning of the program to wash off food residue. This is ideal if you don't get rid of food or the majority of it before putting the items in the dishwasher. Also it can be useful if you are putting on a heavy load, it can help to get the very dirty items clean.

    This model is one I dislike. I prefer the more fancy Bosch dishwasher with full stainless steel inox tub.

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před 5 lety +2

      I do agree that this model does not have the panache of the better models in the Bosch range, but it serves a purpose at the budget end of the market.
