Thank you for today's video sponsor Current Body - 20% off their amazing Radio Frequency Device using my code CHRISTARF !
I look forward to reading your thoughts on "tech neck", and strategies we can do to prevent/treat it :)

Great video. I’ve never heard the term “tech neck” before. Another of your videos (long ago) taught me to bring my daily face moisturizer down to my neck. It has helped! Thanks.

Very important to not forget about our chest/neck!

In your opinion, what do you think the difference is from this radio frequency machine than others on the market? I see many that are only $100 to $200.

There are pros and cons to each, some have wireless charging vs. this one that is wired. Some require 2-3 x/per week for optimal results, vs. this one is really ideal at 1x/week. So it kind of depends on what your personal preferences are! I love the current body brand, and have other devices from them as well that I use regularly (including their led light mask for the eyes), so am already comfortable with the brand and its products. Of course budget plays very big into most people's decision-making, so understandably what is in your price range is a big consideration.
I have seen great results using this device, but if you want to see other options, I have reviewed other RF devices across my channel too!

I've had neck lines even in childhood, (they're hereditary) so I'm not too bothered by mine. Since they are hereditary I have wondered if I can even get rid of them too, but I haven't heard anyone talk about that, so I genuinely don't know.
I also have Hashimoto's thyroid syndrome, (I hope I spelled that right, lol) so I'm not sure if I can use something like that on the neck. If I ever want to try it, I'll definitely check with my doctor first like you advised!

Great video!...question, have you tried the Level and Wave serums from Regimen lab? I'm looking for a great hyperpigmentation serum, also a moisturizing serum, Any other suggestions? Thanks

I love Regimen Lab, and have done full reviews on them on my channel as well. Wave is a great serum to target hyperpigmentation, and Wave has been reformulated to be even better than its first iteration - so yes to both in my book :)

I have Combination skin and it tends to get shinier throughout the day, only in the T-zone, despite using facetheory's Freshening Face Wash C4 and Supergel Oil-free Moisturiser M3 in the morning. My routine remains the same in the evening as well. I've noticed AHA/BHA products trigger redness and irritation so I'm seeking alternatives.
Considering the SKIN1004 - Madagascar Centella Ampoule; heard it helps with occasional acne and redness. Would you recommend it for breakouts and slight redness on my nasal tip? Also, I'm curious about toners like COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner or Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner any thoughts would these help?

Sounds like you have a great routine going! If AHA/BHA is triggering sensitivity - one thing that has literally changed my skin when it comes to redness/breakouts (I have rosacea) is azelaic acid. It isn't an alpha hydroxy acid nor a beta hydroxy acid, so it is possible it could be used in place of an AHA/BHA with good results. I can't underestimate how much it has changed my skin for the good. I also love the green tea fresh toner, a great way to get good hydration and antioxidants into the skin; and the cosrx propolis has great hydrating/healing properties to it as well. So good choices the both of them!
