Jand J Solutions Automatic Soap Stick Launcher

The automatic soap stick launcher is a relatively simple design. Metal chambers connected by ball valves can be configured to deliver soap sticks at intervals set manually with a timer. Based on electronically controlled timer settings, pneumatic cylinders open and close the valves. In earlier production, the launcher used well gas or CO2 cartridges. However, the solar-charged system has been changed to increase dependability and require less of the operators time for changing bottles. J&Js control box can be easily integrated into companies existing RTU to allow the operator to control the launcher from the office. The use of electrical components improves the systems reliability. J&J Solutions personnel can install the automatic launcher within one hour. Launchers can also be removed quickly and/or relocated to other candidate wells for added convenience.
