its the stripe lands that starts in 16500000 and the farlands starting at 12577000 if you want to get to the corner farlands you need to tp to 12577000 60 12577000...
The reason why the "Bedrock Stairs" appear because the game cannot understand the hitbox of the block that far away causing a lost of 1/4 of the block being an empty void.

The stripes are there because you went past the world border, so the world generation nas no idea what to do so it continues generating a random, cursed version of the world. So, you can only go left and right

For the stripe thing, it’s called the stripelands and all the blocks there is collision off but if you go to go to coordinates: x: 30000000 y: 70 z: 30000000 you will go to a place called the corner stripelands I think and it’s like to different stripeland directions criss-crossing each other and you can’t move and grass blocks top, it looks like grass carpet and two things lastly : it’s impossible to place blocks there and impossible to break blocks there.😅

The glitch terrain one doesn’t need a specific seed, ive done it multiple times, just type /tp @p 10000 ~ 10000 (or similar coordinates) the seed and exact coords for that is just for the glitched outpost. This is basically the bedrock edition “farlands”. You cannot however move past or interact with anything between the strips normally.

The cursed minecraft is called Stripelands. They appear at 16777216 blocks from spawn. They end at 33430432 blocks. However, you can teleport max 30000000 blocks from spawn. Also, since the nethers 1 block is 8 blocks in the overworld, u can teleport 31999872 blocks in the overworld. And then, use an elytra to fly the remaining 1.5mil blocks. And thats how u get to the Vertical Stripelands. The Vertical Stripelands is like the Stripelands, just 2D. Also, if 2 Stripelands merge together, they create the Edge Stripelands. You may be wondering at what block radius the game gets laggy? Well... My answer is around 1000000 blocks. How do i know this? I am a bedrock player.
