This goes to show that Spiderman isn't as bad as he first seemed, he's a classic assassin character with high mobility and a damaging combo - despite you doing well in this video you were still countered by him most of the time. Some more damage on his combo and reduce the projectile recharge and he'll have a good spot in the meta.

That whole "dont talk bad about the game" was reportedly a similar angle they took (and likely a LARGE reason why it failed) during the development and promotion of MVC Infinite.
I remember years ago insiders were saying developers previewing the game couldnt show Marvel characters being beat up by Capcom characters...in_a_Fighting_Game. Even to the point they (again reportedly) insisted more dev time/$ go into the Marvel character models..which seems plausible given the seeming difference in quality.
Crazy after all this time they are Still cutting themselves off at the ankles😒 no lessons learned.

This game looks good and curlynaps I forgot to mention you can find the freeze grenade in the Panessa studios that you can find just for the studio on the map and when you go inside you'll get some interesting dialogue from Alfred and you can also talk to Robin as well

Mobility in this game looks crazy. Maybe it's just from all the gameplay I've seen so far but it feels like there's more skill expression and requirements for aiming compared to smth like overwatch. Could be the 3rd person perspective too making it look harder than it acc is
