I LOVE watching the children eat seaweed! The nutrients are incredible for their wee bodies. (Bonus greens!) Better than bouillon is compact, convenient and last a long time! Our Costco in Utah had the cheese log 3 years ago and it’s back this holiday season! It’s soooooo good so I bought 3! One for now and 2 for Thanksgiving. Does that indicate how amazing it is? I always use a pot roast to make my beef stew. The Ghiradelli Peppermint Bark only comes out around Christmas time, but it's worth the cost. I'm going to be putting my Christmas Tree up this weekend. Christmas is my favorite holiday! 🎅🤶☃🎄You and Marc look so sweet when you go on your store date.

Snacking on seaweed is the best ! Rolled oats and dried fruit in the morning is a breakfast idea. Cheap and goes a long way! Healthy of course. Nuts ( especially walnuts) can be eaten with the fresh fruits to balance out sugar levels. 😊

Have y’all made y’all’s own egg noodles? Fun kid activity and super good, my granny always had me make them when I stayed on the weekends, we would hang them on hangers all over the house to dry lol but so delicious and kept my idle hands busy 😂❤😊
Wow that sounds so good! Naomi made her own homemade noodles once. They ended up being a little too thick. I think she needs a pasta maker to help thin them out a bit.
I have an idea for you. You should try putting a cooler outside on your back porch and put some of your cold items in it. We do this all year long and it helps keep our fridge space down
I shop at Costco in Teterboro NJ, and Nanuet NY. Sometimes Wayne NJ because only 2 Costcos in NJ have a liquor license. I've been to the Tate Store in Southampton NY. Speaking of The Hamptons, Montauk is beautiful. Every year the Saturday after Thanksgiving they have the Lighting Of The Lighthouse. They have a band playing Christmas music and Santa appears at the top of the lighthouse. It's much more interesting than the Rockefeller Tree lighting in NYC. I like seeing Naomi play piano at the end. 🎹 👍

Costco has a great organic tumeric from India at a fraction of the price. You could sprinkle some in your soups .eggs..smoothies, the possibilities are endless..The people from India eat this spice at every meal. I feel the powder is more healthy!
Aw Thank You! I have large pores and oily skin naturally so I use Oil of Olay total effects fragrance free. It has niacinamide in it which really helps with pores!
I feel like you’ll understand my reaction to this, I saw they make ‘free and clear’ dawn power wash yet it has pear scent??? Like that’s not what free and clear is supposed to mean 😂 and as someone with a lot of fragrance and chemical sensitivities it’s frustrating how hard it is to find the products I need at various times because it’s so limited.
We bulk buy our toilet paper by the case. 80 rolls generally last a year or more. We buy it on amazon and during the pandemic toilet paper prices went up to 80 dollars a case.
Just a thought the pepper and celery at Costco are so good and more reason priced then Trader Joe’s. They also are no more storage with the volume I see you purchase at Trader Joe’s. A suggestion only.

Yes! I put it in the community post a number of posts back. It’s a picture of my mom’s recipe book. It just says “Chicken Soup” but it’s the right recipe. To make it Romanian style you just add tomato sauce, végéta and lemon juice.
Pearl usually takes it when she comes over. It has seemed to help with the inflammation in her arm. She hasn’t experienced any side effects yet thankfully!

I used to soak them overnight when I cooked them on the stovetop but with the instant pot I don’t have to which is so convenient!
