As jax main I should say I love ur idea but I can add something too. For fishing passive ur idea was perfect and there is nothing I can add or want change. For jax passive it could be the current passive but have more max stack like idk infinity? Looks like rage blade in tft. For his q the range is a little short it would be great if jax q range be like pantheon r or galio r. For his w they can add a stack (stack increase his ap or ad in general or just add to his w both are great) , like nasus q when u kill anything with jax w it get stack. For his e, the current e is jax can be in counter strike for 1 to 2 sec if it change to 0.5 to 10 it would be great. And last but not least for his ult it could be longer for 13 to 15 sec duration instead of idk 6 7 8 sec that's Currently and takedown increase the duration by 100% up time also during the ult, jax stack (ap or ad) increase his armor and magic resist by %amount. (I wanted say 3 hit passive from his ult become 2 hit, then I remember jax have it already). If riot make this change to live server I promis jax would be the most balanced champ in history of league of legends (no joke).
