White Chocolate Blueberry Bites
Such a delicious frozen treat with white chocolate and blueberries!
Ingredients
9oz Vegan White Chocolate
8oz blueberries, room temperature
1 tbsps vegan friendly yogurt (optional)
Directions
Melt your white chocolate
Once melted add in your room temperature blueberries
(If blueberries are too cold it will harden the chocolate too quickly)
Gently mix until blueberries are coated in chocolate
Stir in yogurt if using
Gently mix
Scoop 1-2 tbsps of mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Repeat with remaining mixture
Place into freezer to harden
Serve and enjoy
