She represents the inner turmoil. Tyler's voice contrast her. Though you're suffering, you will do anything for the person you care and love, as that person is suffering in a similar way as you, or differently. You are willing to attempt to ignore your pain for that person. Love outranks inner turmoil, it shows how much you try to become selfless. Tyler sounds like he's having a conversation with Halsey, like he's trying to cheer her up. Maybe it's because in your mind, you've said around the same words and when you say it to someone else, you feel like you can actually believe what you are saying. You will reflect on it, that's what really makes this a perfect fit.
