Looking forward to seeing them.
@@numbr66thanks! I’m excited to share more
looking forward to the east side mob N
That’s an awesome a/c unit. Kinda want to get one myself now
It is pretty cool being able to have AC with such low power draw!
@@Down2MobIs 250-280 the lowest?could this pull 100-120 average on lowest/on and off cycling?ty so much!
We full-time live-aboard our ExpeditionVehicle.
We are delighted to watch this set-up and Real-World test.
Thank you for all you do!
Awesome jeep
What temperature were you able to get down to?
Something that most people don't get is AC creates a vacuum. To make it the most efficient you need to seal all the heat inlets. Under doors or OPEN WINDOWS!!! Think of it as that it's throwing all the hot air out of the space and leaving only the cool air behind.
Something you don't know about this ac is that it doesn't create a vacuum since it only circulates the inside air with inlet + outlet. Same with the outside air. This is actually a heat pump....
@@mrhackerman4817 Ah yes.... I just looked at the details. I didn't see anything about it being a heat pump, but I do see it's a dual inlet system so it's drawing air from the inside and outside then expelling the heat outside. This does reduce the vacuum effect as long as the pressure is equal. Definitely much better than the single hole units, pulling air from the room then exhausting the heat outside.

[checks wrist-calendar to verify]
cool setup with the recent changes! looks like its working well!
Thanks it’s been awesome utilizing the roof rack for what it was built for! Thanks for watchin!
This is the dream...one day i need to get me a set up like this for my truck!! 😍
very good , compact. My camper is compact too
Welcome to the East Coast. Yeah the humidity is ridiculous out here. Excited to watch your travels! From ohio.
OH…..
Thank you! It is for sure but I’m kinda digging the changes in climate. Cheers man
Nice meeting you today at the camp ground
Youre not using this ac right you need to connect both hoses to the hot air side one for pulling outside air into the evaporator and another for letting that hot air out. You're wasting heat by having the unit use the inside airnfor the evaporator.
I think your idea of using roof top storage is spot on! We have Revel van so I think we'll be able to use this💫 AC unit is nice, it'd be better if they did 12vdc🙏
That ac is nice. I would like them to make the controls with a long cable like a diesel heater so u could mount ac say under bed w a vent like a heater abd not have to set up each time u need. To use it.
Welcome to the east coast. Hot asf lmao
Ya absolutely that would be rad! The remotes on some units don’t work with much range either. I thought about permanently mounting it inside the truck but didn’t want to cut a hole in the camper
So today, I was driving on interstate 81 southbound and I seen a gladiator with a setup just like yours, would that have been you heading north?
Gonna check out that ac unit.
Heck ya! Thanks for watching and commenting
Bring it to N.E. GA.💯👍🙏
Tell me about the antenna on your Jeep .. what’s it called, what it mostly used for and where best place to get one?? Thanks for any info…
I really need a seat for my trailer and it’s so dang hot here even if I’m mildly hot day that you can’t stand to be inside the trailer, there’s no ventilation and only has two door windows no other windows none of them open and then I took the AC. The only worked on shore, power off and put a max fan but it’s it’s exhaust only. So this is an interesting product along with the Eco flow. However, I don’t know of any vehicles that have 24 V systems. Strange they would develop it for something that is not an industry standard.
So how well did work
Hey Phil, do you still have the down2mob stickers for sale?
OH YA!!!!!! PUT THAT SOLAR TO WORK ON THAT MOBMASTER 2900BTU BOUGEE AC KOOLER, PERFECT SIZE FOR THAT BISON KRIB!!! MY $159 WALMART MIDIA AC IN MY CALLEN CAMPER IS 5000 BTU, AND I NEVER HAVE TO PUT IT ON MAX AC, WORKS EXCELLENT IN MY 48 SQ FT. MAINTAINS 74 ON A 100 DEGREE DAY. THAT UNIT WILL BE A LIFESAVER ON THAT TRIP. ENJOY AND GITTER DONE... PEACE🤙🤙👍👍
But don’t you have to be on shore power to use it?
Haha the mob master I love it! That sounds like a great setup you have as well. Stoked to share more on the east coast trip with ya!!
So where are you going to be for winter bunk up????????????????????????
Cool commercial
Looks like you losing some weight, good job buddy
Awesome unit. Small/ compact. How long can you use it before it starts draining the battery?
Not very long at all👍
Hey Phil , how far East will you be heading? You should check the northeastern states. Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine area. We are located near CAPEANN Gloucester Massachusetts. Be cool to meet you.
You probably missed him by two months
dobry z ciebie gadzeciarz
I would prefer to lay my bike down derailleur side up. Keep from bending my hanger.
Id like to see what the temp got down to inside once you stopped opening up the windows etc.
