It was pretty but I don’t think the room was the right size for it. A tall person would have to be really careful not to behead their self while walking in the room.😂
Should be wearing masks during demolition Avery because it is a older home 🏠 don’t want to see you getting sick congratulations on purchasing your home ❤
Looks like they're doing a full gut so there's no harm in it. The electrical box will fail before the ceiling joust does. Demo is fun when you're young!
@@Dorothyann436 i doubt they're doing that with the power still on. Its a full gut out. You don't have to be so serious about everything. I've been doing home maintenance for quite a while. When it comes to demo jobs like this, power is typically turned off to either the whole house or the area you are working in. Theres absolutely no harm in pulling down a ceiling fan like this. Seeing as they're probably utilizing the vaulted ceilings, all that wiring is going to be replaced anyway. Stop being a Debbie downer and let people enjoy their life. Geez.

We just bought our first house. All our furniture except for a few pieces was Thrifted from Habitat for Humanity. We got area rugs from there. We’ve gotten lucky and found fixtures. Even blind sticks(we needed 4) . If we had to buy all that stuff new then we would be beyond in the red and that’s without all the actual repairs that we have to do. So many people would kill for a ceiling fan. Especially in the state I live in like unless it’s literal trash it can be donated or sold to offset cost, but even on some items that seem like trash we bought because we were able to salvage parts and it saved us a couple hundred dollars . Like some genuinely don’t realize their privilege so this was just torture. And also a lesson of how to not do any type of demolition or removal of fixtures. A home is expensive and before we owned one I couldn’t understand why people would donate certain things like take vent covers, for example. Then I had to get 11 of them. Then like I ordered some off temu because everywhere else gosh it would’ve cost so much money like I know they won’t last forever, but they’ll last long enough until we can piecemeal. This made me sad more than anything. That second fan is a super expensive and nice one. The first one was outdated but still really really nice but those were not cheap fixtures.

“These houses look a little rough”. Continues to take down the most beautiful fan I’ve ever seen 😭
My phone is blowing up😭😊
Making sure to demo safe, also you could resale the items to help offset costs. Slow down and be careful.
Right I hope it’s not absolutely trashed. I guarantee someone would have wanted that secondhand
frl
Thank you.. my thoughts too
I said that too. I thought it was really pretty.
As a construction worker, i just died a little
I'm working on renovating a place right now and seeing her rip out those ceiling fans and lights made me physically cringe 😬 rip that wiring
THAT FAN WAS SO PRETTY
& salvageable if she removed it properly😂 cant paint or reuse it now bc im pretty sure she broke it
Ibagree
They were huge… and that’s about it. I don’t see why she didn’t resell them though, looked in good condition to me
It was UGLY AF 😂😭
the big flower one was nice but a bit big for the low ceiling now that i watched it again
i actually loved the first fan u ripped out 😭😭😭it looked beachy and floral
Righttt and it’s near the beach
like why did she wreck it it can be given away or sold like damn
She could of sold it 😂
nah to me it looked like the demigorgon

I was looking for this comment! First thing I thought too hahah
Yeah agreed! Especially because older homes may have bits of asbestos and you really don’t want to breathe that in😅❤
I mean that home looks fairly recently constructed, it has VERY little wear.
I agree my pop used to take down homes… now he’s in heaven watching down on me ❤❤❤😢😢😢

If the other units have just as nice ceiling fans, you should take them down nicely and sell them to those of us who would have loved to keep them.

“The ceilings are vaulted” most definitely not vaulted 😂😂

Yeah, I’m definitely staying for the series. Hopefully, she makes one because I’m definitely watching all of them.
That fan in the front was so unique. Wish you would have saved it or sold it to someone else
That fan would've looked SOOOO beyond beautiful with the lifted wood ceiling 😭😭😭
That part where you poked your head threw the ceiling kinda scared me…

I totally dig the celings after removing all the drywall. Gives the room a more rustic look! Almost like a cabin
Wait the first fan is so pretty
It’s the head slamming into the wall that sent me😂😂😂
that first fan was beautiful
Perfectly good ceiling fans and now you have no insulation
That fan was sooo pretty
Can you make this project a vlog!!! That would be so cool to watch the process 😫
I need that first ceiling fan you ripped out Holy shit, I love that
I wish you would have kept that fan in the beginning. It was so pretty
Hahaha idk why I love your chaos 😂😂😂 it’s like a human version of intrusive thought 😂😂😂♥️♥️♥️
The chaos alone makes me wish you were my landlord

That fan was so beautiful ugh 😩
1st! Safety young one! 2nd! So rad!!!!🎉
She thinks those are vaulted ceilings…
She looks like she’s having so much fun just demolishing the ceiling and walls!!!❤
Loved that first fan 🥹
All I was thinking was OUTERBANKS
Bro is going to be on hgtv with her show "Avery renovates beach houses"
I lost it when she threw her head in the ceiling 💀💀💀🤣
Her falling from the ceiling reminds me of the fire drill episode from Office 😅
Why is this so satisfying- 😭 it also seems like it would be really fun

That lamp was awesome, you took all the character out of that room.
