This was recorded in early 80s by the then Doordarshan, when it was only black and white . The Hawaiian guitarist is Prince Jayasingh . The drums are played by Joe Prabhakar who is the son of Sam Joseph ( Shyam ) . Both the songs ‘ Kanmani nee kanvalarai ‘ and ‘ Andavaril nam aga magilvom ‘ that were recorded at Xmas time were composed by Cooling Rajaiah of Trichy. Mangalamurthy was kind enough to accompany in the keyboard.

IN 1972 , The HMV recorded with me singing this song , in an LP record. I am very happy to see that even after more than 50 Years , this song is being enjoyed by many. Nothing but God's grace.
