One more tip is: You be confident about your subject ; that is, in the field of your qualification. This will help you overcome the gap you have in spoken English. Some of my friends and I went through the phase you are experiencing now. I was able to overcome this lacuna over a period of time, with unflinching effort. It's your life. Don't worry about others.
